Booking Policy

All cruise bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the cruise line. Cruise Infinity acts as an intermediary between you and the cruise line. After booking, you will receive confirmation via email or notification.

  • Age Requirement: In order to make a reservation, you need to be at least 18 years old.

  • Accuracy: You have to maintain the accuracy of all the details you provide us to make a reservation.

Payments and Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice due to factors like cabin availability and travel dates.

  • Payment Terms: Booking requires full payment or a deposit.

  • Final Payment: The full amount must be paid before departure. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the cruise line’s cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation Fees: Cruise lines may impose fees based on how close to the departure you cancel. Cruise Infinity is not responsible for these fees.

  • No Show: If you are unable to board the cruise, there will be no reimbursements given.

Modifications to Bookings

Any changes, such as cabin upgrades or date changes, are subject to the cruise line's policies. Additional fees may apply, and modifications are not guaranteed.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, health certificates). Cruise Infinity is not liable for travel disruptions due to incomplete or invalid documents.

Cruise Line Policies

By booking with Cruise Infinity, you agree to comply with the cruise line's terms, which may include onboard conduct, safety protocols, and shore excursion policies.

Liability

Cruise Infinity acts as a booking agent and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during your cruise. Any issues with onboard services are the cruise line’s responsibility, though we will assist with disputes where possible.

Force Majeure

Cruise Infinity is not liable for service disruptions due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics). In such cases, the cruise line’s policies regarding cancellations and refunds will apply.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed by Cruise Infinity at any time and without advance notification. It is your responsibility to go over them before making a reservation.
